GSpeed provides a free internet speed testing service that measures your download speed, upload speed, ping (latency), and jitter. Our service is provided as-is and is intended for informational purposes only.

You agree to use GSpeed only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure

• Use automated scripts or bots to run repeated tests excessively

• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit our service for commercial purposes without permission

• Interfere with other users' ability to access the service

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our testing methodology

While we strive to provide accurate speed test results, GSpeed does not guarantee the precision of any measurements. Results may vary due to network conditions, server load, device performance, Wi-Fi interference, and other factors beyond our control. Speed test results should not be used as the sole basis for ISP service claims.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with GSpeed are the intellectual property of GSpeed and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.

GSpeed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
